Daily, catastrophe and overflow claims inspected, documented and estimated to your standards — so the file closes without three rounds of supplements and a reinspection.

The cost of an independent adjuster is not the fee. It is the rework — files returned with missing photographs, scopes that don't match the damage, estimates the desk has to rebuild, and supplements that arrive months later because the first inspection missed something obvious.
We work to eliminate that. Every assignment comes back with a complete photo record, accurate measurements, a scope that reflects what the damage actually requires, and an Xactimate® estimate written to your guidelines and price list.
Every estimate is written in Xactimate® to the carrier's guidelines, price list and profile. We are equally comfortable writing from our own inspection or from a file someone else inspected — photographs, measurements and notes in, a complete and defensible estimate out.
We are not a public adjuster and we do not represent policyholders against carriers. On any given claim we fill exactly one role — which is what lets carriers, IA firms and owners all use us.
Contractors bidding insurance work and owners trying to understand what a carrier's offer covers need the same thing: a scope priced the way the insurance industry prices it. An estimate written in the carrier's own platform turns a disagreement about the format into a conversation about the work.

An independent adjuster handles claims on behalf of insurance carriers and IA firms as a contractor rather than an employee. Carriers use independents to cover catastrophe surges, overflow volume, and territories where they have no staff adjuster. The independent inspects, documents, scopes and estimates the loss, then returns a complete file.
Yes — daily, catastrophe and overflow. Daily claims in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York region, and catastrophe deployment to Florida, Indiana, North Carolina and Texas as well as any non-licensing state.
Yes. Estimate-only assignments are common: you send the photographs, measurements and notes, and we return a complete Xactimate® estimate. Useful for firms carrying more volume than their estimators can absorb.
Standard files are inspected within 24 to 48 hours of assignment and returned within the client’s service-level requirement. Catastrophe volume is scheduled against the deployment. We confirm the timeline when we accept the assignment — we do not accept work we cannot turn.
Tell us the volume, the territory and the timeline. We’ll tell you straight whether we can take it.
