Who we help

The number people build their decisions on.

From the firms that handle claims to the contractors who repair them, here's who relies on a Wilderness Adjusting estimate.

Xactimate®

Whoever you are, the rule is the same: insurance carriers only recognize Xactimate® estimates. Anything else submitted simply doesn't compute on their end — this is why every estimate we write is built in Xactimate from the start.

What we do

Five services, one standard of accuracy.

Whether the file needs a clean estimate, a dispute needs settling, or a case needs an expert, every assignment is documented to hold up to scrutiny.

01

Insurance appraisal Most requested

Carrier and policyholder disagree on the amount? The policy’s appraisal clause settles it — without litigation.

02

Umpire services

Two appraisers deadlocked? As a neutral umpire we review both positions and issue a binding written award.

How we work

A measured, documented process.

1

Assignment

You send the file — a claim to adjust, an estimate to write, or an appraisal to value. We confirm scope and timeline up front.

2

Inspection & review

We inspect the property when the file calls for it, and review the documentation, photographs and measurements the claim is built on.

3

Estimate & position

We produce an itemized estimate or appraisal position written to insurance standards — accurate and fully defensible.

4

Resolution

The file closes: a clean estimate delivered on time, or a dispute resolved through a fair appraisal or umpire award.

Accurate, documented, and built to hold up — whoever's reviewing it.
